1. Yes, People magazine. You don’t look so guilty reading it in the doctor’s office though, you know.
2. My third watching of Tortilla Soup this month.
3. South Bend Chocolate Company, Dark Chocolate
4. Watching CBS Sunday Morning in my pajamas.
5. Taking down my Harry Potter gift trunk to be a kid again.
6. Having the house all to myself
7. Singing to myself when I have the house all to myself
8. Practicing the violin
9. A mechanical pencil and a sketch book
10. Reading a good book
Okay, they are mostly not such “guilty pleasures.” But, they sure are pleasures.
OMG, you are the only other person in this country that watches Sunday Morning on CBS. I never miss it and when I mention it to others, they just look at me like I am crazy.
Has your book ever published – If so, what’s the title?

I wrote another blog about Sunday morning, on January 11th, I believe it is. The Blogger, XUP, from Canada is also a fan.
I have watched it for over twenty years and once, while traveling around the country with my artwork and watching Sunday Morning on a 4″ rear projection tv, I wrote to Charles Kuralt. I received a personal response.
I will be submitting my Advanced Middle Grade Novel, to agents and editors, hopefully by June. I am in a final edit with my daughter, who is a sixth grade teacher at an academy for the gifted. (Can you tell I’m proud of her?)
When it is accepted for publication, it will be in size twenty font on this blog and my Blogger blog, Thoughts in Yellowwood Forest. My book is full of magic and Native American mythology.
I will be on the look-out for your book. Isn’t it nice to be able to be proud of our children? All of our blood, sweat and tears have not been lost on them.

Thank you, Iris. And, the daughter is absolutely a hysterical person to be around. She has such a quick wit and an easy going personality. I just do not know where she got it all from. But, I’m happy she’s mine.
